Refund Process
- To request a refund, please email us at info@bgsglaucoma.com.bd with your payment details and reason for the request.
- All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the BGS finance team.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not provided for cancellations made after the event date or for no-shows.
- Specific events may have their own refund or cancellation policies, which will be mentioned on the event page.
